2. What is included in the Intense Browns Starter Kit?
The complete professional starter kit includes :

• 4 x Base Gel Colours (15ml each): Ash Brown, Chocolate Brown, Deep Brown, Black Brown

• 2 x Intensifying Primers (15ml each): Medium & Strong – optional step for skin stain effect

7. How do I use the Intense Browns system step by step?

Two-step application process :

PREPARATION:

1. Cleanse brows/lashes with Micellar Eye Makeup Remover

2. For lashes: apply eye protection pads with Skin Protection Cream or silicone pads

3. For brows: map shape using White Brow Mapper

OPTIONAL STEP – ONLY FOR BROWS (skin stain/makeup effect):

1. Apply Intensifying Primer (pea-sized amount) to brows and skin

2. Leave for 4 minutes

3. Remove with dry cotton pad

4. Let brows dry for approx. 4 minutes

STEP 1 – BASE GEL APPLICATION:

1. Mix pea-sized amount of Base Gel Colour into clean mixing bowl

2. Apply to brows and/or lashes

3. Leave for 2 minutes

4. Remove with dry cotton swab

5. Wait approx. 4 minutes – ensure hairs are completely dry

STEP 2 – ACTIVATOR GEL APPLICATION:

1. Apply Activator Gel (pea-sized amount) into clean mixing bowl

2. Apply to brows and/or lashes

3. Leave for 1 minute

4. Remove with damp cotton pad

5. Remove unwanted skin stain with Intense Browns Tint Remover

Total processing time: Only 7-8 minutes for the two-step process!

8. What is the Intensifying Primer and do I need to use it?
The Intensifying Primer is an optional step for brow services only . It:

• Prepares the skin for even tinting

• Allows you to achieve the semi-permanent makeup effect (colour stain on the skin)

• Available in Medium (for softer effect) or Strong (for intense effect)

• Use only if your client wants tinted skin (powder/ombre brow effect)

9. What is the Activator Gel and why is it used?
The Activator Gel contains Silver Nitrate technology . It is applied after the Base Gel has been removed. The two-step process is essential: Step 1 deposits colour, Step 2 activates and locks it in. This two-step system creates longer-lasting, more intense results than traditional one-step tints.

10. Can I mix the different Base Gel colours together?
Yes. The Intense Browns Base Gels are fully intermixable . This allows you to create:

• Custom shades tailored to each client

11. Is the Intense Browns system compatible with other RefectoCil products?
No. The Intense Browns system uses a different chemistry than the classic RefectoCil Colours line. You must use:

• Only Intense Browns Base Gels with Intense Browns Activator Gel

• Do not mix classic RefectoCil Colours with Intense Browns system

• Do not use classic RefectoCil Oxidant with Intense Browns Base Gels

12. What safety precautions should I take?

• For professional use only 

• Always perform a patch test 48 hours before each service

• Avoid contact with eyes – if contact occurs, rinse immediately with water

• Remove client's contact lenses before treatment

• Do not use on irritated, inflamed, or damaged skin

• For 24 hours after application, client should not use oil-based products on the treated area
