Apply the toner to pre-lightened, towel-dried hair that has been washed after the lightening service. For standard tonal deposit, mix 1 oz of Gel Toner with 1 oz of PURE OXI 10 Volume Creme Developer .
4. What is the development time?
Process for up to 20 minutes at room temperature (approx. 72°F). If you require a deeper deposit, you can extend the processing time; the slower gel formula helps maintain control .
5. Are these toners only for neutralizing yellow hair?
No. This system includes multiple intermixable shades. You can either cancel out warmth (orange/yellow) or use the fashion shades to add pastel or vibrant tones, such as rose gold, lavender, blue, or gray .
